SIM’s theme: Creating Clarity
Life is a series of choices. From the existential to the routine, empowered decisions happen when you are clear about who you are, what you want, and how to go after it. Because clarity isn’t something you get instantly but instead is something that comes into focus over time, creating clarity takes dedicated work in the form of channeling curiosity, asking and answering powerful questions, and being open to new possibilities. That’s why we’re offering a multitude of events, thirty women and non-binary people sharing their perspectives, and access to an online community, all designed to help you make sense of your values, choices, and behaviors.
What’s happening during SIM
Every day during SIM will start with an interview in your inbox with a woman or nonbinary person on their journey. These interviews go beyond what you could find on a resume to delve into their process, habits, and mindsets.
From these interviews we’ve pulled out a daily theme to explore. These run a range of topics from authenticity to vulnerability to your relationship with finances — and everything in between.
Holding these themes central, every day we are offering a space called Room to Grow. Room to Grow are 30-minute drop-in sessions to reflect on powerful questions through journaling and then break into small groups for further discussion. Want to reflect on these questions on your own time? You’re invited to join our online community forum to connect with and learn from others.
Lastly, we’re offering weekly workshops on a range of topics that promote awareness. These workshops are hosted by experts and experiential in nature.
All of our programming is flexible; you are invited to partake in as many or as few events as you like.
SIM is free
The average cost of coaching worldwide is $200/hr. That locks out many who would benefit from it the most. A pillar of Topknot is equity and we’re committed to making personal growth accessible and affordable. SIM is a celebration and nobody should be left behind.
